Erin Hendley: Makeup Artist
It has been an exciting journey for native Kentuckian Erin Hendley. During the summer of her junior year of college she became a certified make up artist at Make Up First in Chicago, Illinois. And during her last semester, she attended The School of Style in New York, along with working Fashion Week for BCBG.

Erin graduated with a degree in fashion merchandising from Southern Illinois University, making a name as “the girl to go to” when wanting the look that would capture anyone's attention during dance and sorority formal season. She quickly branched out to homecoming and prom make up transforming her clients into a work of art.

Chicago was visited frequently to stay updated with the latest trends while participating as an integral part of the Makeup First team. Additional advanced class work in Airbrush and Advanced Media readied her for the challenge of multimedia work.

Only a week after college graduation Erin moved from Kentucky to the “big apple”, New York City, to work and continue to expand her technique to represent the latest trends and learn from the best. She has trained with, assisted, and face modeled for renowned makeup artist Linda Mason. She also worked as the head assistant at Shara Makeup Studio on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and has been worked as a freelance make up artist for MAC Cosmetics.

Multimedia opportunities keep knocking on Erin’s door. She works her creative magic seasonally for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Motionless in White's "Devil's Night" music video and numerous short films & webisodes also features her talents, as well as celebrities such as Bobby Moynihan, Kyle Machlachlan, & Jason Sudeikis.

Erin now works with clients to create a unique look based on individual facial anatomy and structure. She takes time to analyze current application methodology and product use and instructs each client how to maximize the features that make them uniquely beautiful.
